CENTER’s second prize Editor’s Choice Award was given by Susan White of Vanity Fair to Los Angeles photographer, Michael Butler, for his project, Rodeo Drive. The project of the Third Place Winner, Richard Tuschman, follows this post. Michael started working creatively as an actor on Broadway at age 17. He has been studying human behavior ever since.
