For this interview, I chose the life and work of Debbie Fleming Caffery. Growing up, Debbie was the first photographer whose work I ever felt connected with. Despite us both being from the Bayou Teche in Louisiana, however, we never crossed paths, and I found this interview the perfect opportunity to reach out to her.
