Constantin Nimigean’s The LOVE Issue
I am thrilled to be included in the new release of Love Issue, along with some of my favorite image makers including Elizabeth Fleming, David Newsom, Warren Harold, and Tierney Gearon. Our work appears in Issue #2, along with Narcis Virgiliu, Ana-Maria Ilinca, and Charlotte Tanguy. This issue is all about loving someone in our family–for Elizabeth it’s her children, for David it’s his brother, Skip, for Warren, it’s his son, for Tierney and me, it’s our mothers. The connection we all have with our immediate family is an incredibly powerful and meaningful story to tell.
Photographer and editor,Constantin Nimigean, is from Romania and works as a desktop publisher. His only hobby is to explore other people’s photography and because of this, he wanted to share his internet discoveries with his friends, and created a blog called oitzarisme, featuring artists and their works with written consent.
After writing the blog for four years, Constantin decided to produce a more creative and visibile project, to show visitors what really got his attention from dozens on links that he visits monthly. From this idea, Love Issue was born as an online photography magazine. “Its name is very ambiguous, it may refers to issue like a problem, or consequence, or conclusion, or just an issue, an entry of what are we are calling love. Each month I feature projects about humans, about love, about what bind us together.”
A big thank you to Constantin for creating a wonderful platform for photographers with depth and quality.
