Save JPG campaign
Thanks to a comment from Tiffany Teske, it appears that photographers have sounded a collective wail heard by the owners of JPG magazine and all is not lost. I have always been amazed that not only were they able to pay their photographers for an image used in the magazine, but also give them a year’s subscription. Honestly, I think JPGers would just be happy to see their work in print, without financial compensation. Most photography magazines like SHOTS and Light Leaks stay afloat that way (although give a free copy to a contributor). It will be interesting to see what transpires over the next few months.
