Tonight, west coast toy camera enthusiasts will have an opportunity to attend the exhibition, I Spy With My Plastic Eye, at A&I Photo Labs in Hollywood. The exhibition was concieved and curated by Astor Morgan and exhibitors include Nelson Blanton, Maura Brennan, Connie Conway, Nicole Cooper, Jason Costanzo, Anne Elliott Cutting, Josh Elliot, Karen Florek, Noelle Swan Gilbert, Gal Harpaz, Christiane Ingenthron, Diana Jeong, Michael Kirchoff, Carmen Luceno, Daniel Lupercio, William MacKenzie Smith, Meg Madison, Jolie Margulies, Erin McGuire, Astor Morgan, Niki Mustain, Liv Naesheim, Craig Cameron Olsen, deMonica Orozco, Manuello Paganelli, April Rocha, Aline Smithson, Ellen Stone, Naomi Troeger, Evan Walsh and Zoe Wiseman.

Proceeds from exhibit prints, books and raffle sales benefit weSPARK, a special place dedicated to enhance the quality of life for cancer patients and their families and friends.

Thursday, December 3rd from 7pm-10pm, join us for the opening reception of I Spy with My Plastic Eye, a collection paying homage to the plastic lens in the hands of creative people. At the opening, we will be raffling great stuff for the toy camera lover including Holga cameras from Freestyle, 120 film from Fuji, subscriptions to Light Leaks Magazine, a gift certificate from LensBaby and a Julia Dean Toy Camera Photo Workshop taught by exhibit participant Aline Smithson! A fine art book sponsored by HP will also be available for sale, featuring all images in the show with shot details and artist commentaries.
