Tompkins Square Park, East Village, NYC — as part of the annual Howl Festival, June 2012.
Based in the Lower East Side of NYC, Chico is widely known and has been featured in many periodicals.
The Tampa Police commissioned him to create a memorial mural for the fallen. He also makes 3-d robot figures out of recycled materials.
