Tom Feiler speaks our minds….
Two blogs, The Business of Photograpy and A Photo Editor, are sites rich in information and musings about the business end of photography. A recent post on the TBoP about self-promotion sent me to the Heather Morton Art Buyer blog. Heather praised Canadian photographer,Tom Feiler, for his creativity in promoting his work.
“The king of promotion Tom Feiler, in addition to his I Hate Tom Feiler billboards, sent out steak knifes with I Hate Tom Feiler engraved on the handles. Genius. And, appropriate to his style of photography.” Of course, this quirky approach sent me to Tom’s site and these fabulous images that all of us in the fine art photography world can relate to.
