One of the pleasures of being a film photographer is also getting to be member of Filmwasters.com. Started by Susan Burnstine, Leon Taylor, Ed Wenn, Damion Rice, and Skorj, Filmwasters is a friendly, funny, supportive online community that includes wonderful photographers from around the world. I discovered David Bennett’s work there. He has some great series, and along with his surreal and ethereal imagery, I was intrigued by a British photographer’s take on the United States.
