Content-Aware: Casey James Wilson
Casey James Wilson, b. 1986, is an artist focused on the efficacy and cultural significance attributed to contemporary photographs. Wilson works in between photographic and sculptural practices, currently creating works which address digital labor, institutional architecture, and image materiality. Casey has shown across the US and internationally, recently completing a residency in Berlin last summer, and a solo show entitled Physical Fitness at Neon Heater in Findlay, Ohio. Originally from central Texas, Casey is now based in Cincinnati, Ohio where he is finishing his MFA at the University of Cincinnati.
