I had the great pleasure of attending the opening of Melanie Pullen’s new exhibition, Violent Times, at the Ace Gallery in Los Angeles. It’s an amazing exhibit with a massive amount of work–large images framed in light boxes in a museum sized space. Melanie was kind enough to participate in my “Six Evenings with Fine Art Photographers” this past Spring, where she shared work from her last series, High Fashion Crime Scenes, and images from the new series.
