Jay Peg’s Hurricane Sandy Issue
Jay Peg’s maiden publication, The Hurricane Sandy Issue, features Hurricane Sandy documentary photography from five emerging photographers (all recent graduates of the Documentary & Photojournalism program at the International Center for Photography). Each approach is unique and more in-depth than the typical news coverage. Photographers featured are Gaia Squarci, Johnny Milano, Cassie Giraldo, Josh Raab, and Daniel Tepper.
Now that a little over a month has passed since the storm hit, we feel it is important that people are made aware of the extensive damage caused by the hurricane and the long term recovery efforts that have just begun. Our objective is to keep Sandy in the limelight and bring high grade photography into the public eye. The publication is free but we encourage readers to donate to Sandy Relief and we provide them with a list of trusted non-profits.
Wait a second for the issue to load…
