When David Bram and Joshua Spees of Fraction Magazine asked me to curate Group Show 6, I was really excited about the opportunity of exploring some of the interesting trends and genres contemporary photography these days. I kept coming back to the idea of photographing family, and I specifically thought about all the great work I was seeing created by photographer dads, who capture their children, specifically their sons, in a realistic way. Curating Fathers and Sons was a complete pleasure, and I hope you enjoy it.
