I was first exposed to Mike Sinclair’s work on 20×200. I am drawn to the sense of nostolgia in his work, and to the colors that are at the same time muted and brilliant. There is a timeless quality to his images that is evocative and compelling–the viewer doesn’t know if the images are vernacular family photos or images of contemporary activities.

To create this quality of work, it appears that Mike is someone who takes his job home with him, or perhaps he takes his passion to his job. Based in Kansas City, MO, he works as an architectural and fine art photographer.
