The 2013 Lenscratch Family Exhibition
Thanksgiving represents a time to slow down and think about what we are thankful for, catch up with family and friends, and celebrate a day of eating too much. So I am taking this opportunity to thank the Lenscratch family, which includes you, the faithful readers and those who have shared their work over the years in exhibitions and in posts. But also thanking the amazing photographers that give their time and energies to make Lenscratch rich with content and complexity: a huge thank you to Grant Gill (who is responsible for today’s exhibition) and Sarah Stankey, both of whom shape our exhibitions and provide wonderful content, to Pauline Gola, Jonas Yip, and Clay Lipsky who help with all things technical and aesthetic, and to Mindi LaRose who maintains all the amazing resources that help move your careers forward (have you checked out the Calls for Entry listings?)
Thank you so much for today’s submissions, for sharing your families, and for bringing our community a little closer. Happy Thanksgiving to those of you in the states, and Happy Holidays to those who are not. And now…
